Why your 6NNN withdrawal is not working (and how to actually fix it)
Open the Withdraw tab and read the Rollover requirement card at the top right. Tap its refresh icon. If it shows anything above 0.00, nothing is broken — you have wagering left to clear, and no support ticket will change that. If it reads zero, work down the list below.
Search "6NNN withdrawal not working" and you will find a lot of people convinced the platform has stolen their money. Some of them are right to be angry about something. Most of them are looking at a positive balance that will not withdraw and have never seen the second card on the screen.
This post works through the seven causes in order of how often each one is actually the problem. Start at the top; the first one resolves the majority of cases.
1. Rollover is not zero
This is the answer roughly as often as all the others combined. Rollover — wagering, turnover, the same thing under three names — is the amount you must still bet before deposited and bonus funds convert into withdrawable cash. Until it reaches zero, the balance is real but locked.
- Tap the refresh icon beside Rollover requirement. The value can sit stale until you do, which sends people chasing problems that already resolved.
- Read the number. Zero means you are clear. Anything else is the rupee value of wagering outstanding.
- Tap "View details" for the breakdown — which bonus or deposit the requirement attaches to and how much you have worked through.
This is the expensive mistake. Rollover clears through turnover, not through winning, and every rupee of turnover passes through the house edge. Betting bigger clears the requirement faster and loses money faster in exact proportion. If the outstanding figure is large relative to your balance, the arithmetic may simply not work — and that is worth knowing before you decide to push through it.
2. The name does not match
The receiving JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet must be registered to the same person as the 6NNN account. Not the same household, not a sibling, not the friend whose number you used to sign up because your own SIM was elsewhere that day.
What makes this one painful is the timing. Registration performs no identity check at all, so you can play for weeks without ever encountering the constraint — and then meet it at the exact moment you want your money. Support cannot simply override it either; it is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
The fix is to make the two match: either register the receiving wallet in the same name as your 6NNN account, or contact support and ask what documentation they accept to correct the account name. Our registration guide covers getting this right from the start.
3. No withdrawal account saved
Straightforward and easy to miss. Until you add one, the withdrawal card shows an empty placeholder reading "Please add a bank account for withdrawal purposes" with an add account button. Withdraw Now will not usefully do anything before that is filled in. Add the account, then retry.
4. The amount is outside the permitted range
Requests below Rs 100 or above Rs 50,000 are rejected. If you are cashing out more than the maximum, split it across separate requests — though note that a scattered pattern of many small requests attracts manual review more readily than one consolidated one.
5. A promotional condition is still attached
Some promotions carry conditions on top of general rollover. The spin wheel is the clearest example: it gates its payout behind a Rs 1,000 accumulation threshold rather than releasing each win directly, so a balance that includes locked promotional funds will not withdraw in full even when general rollover reads zero.

6. Something is wrong on the wallet side
This one is invisible from inside 6NNN, which is why people spend hours on the wrong problem. An unregistered number, a dormant wallet, or a wallet that has hit its own monthly receiving limit will bounce the transfer regardless of what 6NNN does. If everything on the 6NNN side looks correct, open your wallet app and check it there.
7. The account has been restricted
Uncommon, and the one to take seriously. Restrictions usually follow a terms breach — most often multiple accounts on one device or one wallet. There is no external appeal here and no regulator to escalate to, which is one of the structural risks we describe in the review. Contact support through the in-app Message Center and ask directly what the reason is.

This is the post that most needs your own verified detail. Replace this block with something only you can supply: the actual time you submitted a withdrawal and the time it landed, a screenshot of a rejection message you received, or the exact rollover figure you saw against a specific bonus. One concrete measured observation here is worth more than another thousand words of explanation — and it is the thing no competing page in this SERP has.
If none of the above applies
At that point it is a support question, and how you open the ticket determines how long it takes. Give them all of it at once: request timestamp, amount, method, reference number, and the last four digits of the receiving wallet. A ticket with those details gets resolved in one exchange; a ticket saying "my withdrawal is not working" takes several days of back-and-forth to reach the same point.
If anyone offers to release your withdrawal for a fee — a "clearance charge", a "tax", an "unlock payment" — it is fraud, every time, without exception. Withdrawals are released by clearing rollover, never by paying anyone. The same goes for anyone asking for your password or wallet PIN.
